Mud in the Moonlight Race!!!
July 20, 2013
“Life
is often compared to a marathon, but I think it is more like
running a MUDATHON; long stretches of hard work interrupted by
challenging obstacles in which we are given the opportunity to
perform at our best”
Come join us for the Mud in the Moonlight race July 20, 2013
hosted by the Arizona Mudathon. A place for the adventurous
courageous and quite possibly crazy to come and release some
steam. This race and obstacles will challenge the athlete and
sportsman in all of you. It is not like some others that will
leave you banged up and electrocuted, but it will definitely
challenge the inner and outer strength in all. This race will
take place in the naturally rugged desert terrain of Arizona.
Situated in North Scottsdale at McDonalds Ranch, it is
convenient for all. This run will be a 5K, you will endure the
pure physical exertion of the Arizona desert while encountering
climbing walls, mud pits, tire pits, monkey bars, rope climbing,
hurdles and the infamous “QUICKMUD”.
After the race there will be snacks and drinks available for
purchase. As this is an evening event the petting zoo and bounce
house for the children will not be available. Help us make this
event a huge success by wearing glow in the dark apparel or
accessories. Some items will also be available for purchase the
day of the event. Registration starts promptly at 6:30pm with
the first heat going out at 7:30pm.

The Arizona Mudathon is pleased to announce that we have
partnered with Andreas Closet to help provide children with the
hope they need to make it through horrible times. This
non-profit organization supplies toys and other needed services
to children facing frightening medical treatments. Please bring
an unwrapped toy or a cash donation to help us help them
Andrea's Closet mission is to help children and their families
cope with illness, but their vision is to deliver smiles, one
toy at a time. Check out their website at
